I’m a Queens girl at heart, currently living in the beautiful Dominican Republic — living a dream I once only journaled about. I’m a proud Latina, rooted in a lineage that crosses oceans — with a mama from Ecuador and a papa from Puerto Rico. My cultural identity deeply informs the healing work I do and the way I hold space.

I believe in flow over force, trusting divine timing, and honoring the seasons of life. My practice is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves — mind, body, and spirit.
